asian pied starling in nepal

Description:
The Asian Pied Starling is a species of starling found in South and Southeast Asia. This myna are black and white bodied with mixture of red, yellow bill. Their eye is is also encircled with red color. both gender look similar in color and size. The birds nests in trees, buildings of human influenced places like irrigated, farmed area of asian coutries like Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Viet Nam, Sundaland, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand. Their breeding season falls between March to September when female bird lays eggs of clutch sized four to six. They feed on insects, fruits, vegetation left overs etc. They are found in chitwan of Nepal.
