Description:
The Asian Openbill or Asian Openbill Stork are carnivorous large waders living nearby swamps,freshwater, fields, wetlands, rivers, flooded areas living in huge group. These long legged birds have grey feather which turns into white during breding season which occurs July to September. Their breeding season varies from one place to other. They have black feathers on head and tail parts and brown eyes. Both genders of this birds look similar although males can be slightly larger. These birds feed on water snakes, frogs, large insects, freshwater snails, Apple Snails, rice-fields and marshes in freshwater. Female bird lays 2 to 4 white eggs in a clutch during breeding season.They build their nest on trees wtih barks, sticks, leaves. They are seen in Chitwan of Nepal.

Females of this birds are larger than the males. The bronze winged jacana birds feed on insects, seeds, roots, aquatic plants, small invertebrates found over water. During breeding season female jacan lays four black marked brown eggs in its floating nest. As these birds can walk on water, they are also known as leaf walker. Description:
Indian pond heron are small herons with short neck, thick bill, brown back and very soft feathers found across Indian subcontinent in Bangladesh, India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Myanmar and Nepal and widely spread all around the world. Their breeding season falls between May to September when female bird lays eggs a clutch of eggs varying from 3 eggs to 5 eggs. These birds build nest in trees or shrubs between 2 and 16 meter above ground with sticks, plant left over, barks etc. These herons feed on insects, fish, frogs, crabs, aquatic insects, grasshoppers, crickets, ants and baby turtles. This herons live nearby fresh water resources like rivers, lakes, streams and also paddy fields. They are found in Koshi Tappu of Nepal.

Description:
The Purple Sunbird is a small bird with down curved bill, thin body, and short wing, tubular tongue found across Indian Subcontinent and into Southeast Asia. Female bird builds nest from thin plant left over, barks held together by cobwebs of spiders on tree branches in hanging way. They live in thin forest, farmland, and gardens of urban areas. They feed mainly on nectar, although they will also take insects, fruits, small berries and cultivated grapes. The males are purple, black on upper parts, dark brown wings where as females are olive above and yellowish below. Male one is similar to synoptic Loten's Sunbird. It has been recorded to have life span of 22 years. Their breeding season is during Monsoon season i.e. April to June when female lays one to three eggs in a clutch. They are found in Kathmandu of Nepal.

Little Ringed Plover are small wader (long legged found near water resources) birds with yellow legs and eye ring , white belly, dark bill, brown wings and neck band. Both gender look alike and its size is similar to a sparrow. They feed on insects, spiders, worms and seeds of water plants. They make nests of plant leftovers, mosses nearby riverside, lakeside, or any other fresh water resources. Their breeding season falls from April to June when the female bird lays eggs of clutch sized three - four. Their lifespan is around 4 years. They are seen in Bardia of Nepal.

Description:
The Woolly-necked Stork as known as White necked Stork is found in Asia countries and some parts of Africa. They are like to find in wetlands, ponds, dams and are capable of long flights. They build their nests on tress with sticks 10-30 m above ground. These birds have black head, white neck and body, red legs, black bill. The upper parts are dark green. Both genders are alike where as chick of these birds are duller than adult ones. Breeding generally takes place August-November when female bird lays 2-5 eggs in a clutch. The Tibetan Snowcock is a bird of pheasant family found in high-altitude regions of the Himalayan and the Tibetan Plateau of 3,700 - 5,800 m. These birds have grey head and neck with a white patch behind the eye, reddish legs and beaks. Both genders look similar. These birds feed on plants and its products like root, seeds, stems and berries. These birds breed near spring when female one lays 4 to 6 eggs in a clutch.
